A powerful forward with a prolific left foot, Emily Gielnik launched her professional career at Brisbane Roar before testing herself across Europe and the UK with stints at Bayern Munich and Aston Villa.
A senior Matilda since 2012, she has featured at major tournaments and contributed to broadcast coverage during the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup while returning from injury.
2024 saw Emily return back to the A League Women with Melbourne Victory, and she has since transferred to Rayadas, the leading club in Mexico.
She also co founded Future Baller to help develop the next generation of female footballers.
